That penalty is horse shit he was blocking a guy trying to make a tackle on a fumble return~!~!!!!!!! They should have let that play go until Jenkins scored the TD and then went to a review AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
