Got a big one for our 1st game 17 season final.

12 pounds of King Crab shipped in from Pikes Seafood in Seattle.

Filet Migs seared.

Super thick bone-in chops grilled on the egg.

I forget what sides but I am pretty sure scalloped potatoes is in there.


My oldest son and his wife and in-laws are finally back home and we're doing one last holiday meal.

My wife just made beef vegetable soup from leftover beef from yesterday. The beef was great and lots of gravy went into the starter. Looks and smells awesome.

This very moment…She is making donuts! She made these over Christmas… Give me Thread Winner, already! :D

It's snowing & 16 degrees here in the great white north with wind gust up to 25mph. So, a large pot of 4 alarm chili simmering on the stove top to remind us of how the Ram's are going to simmer the whiners today! Going to let it stew all day just like the whiner fans will be doing! Chili topping options: diced onions & shredded sharp cheese. Side of piping hot Johnny cake with creamy butter. Go Rams!!

I'm too worked up this weekend. Wife already has sandwiches made. :laugh2:

Sorry I've been AWOL for awhile, but life's been busy. Doing a simple, but good menu today.

Fiery Cheeseball. Cream cheese with ranch dressing mix, Kraft habanero shredded cheese, and added some of my own Carolina Reaper powder. Some nice heat it has, but still with a good flavor.

2 small crockpots of lil smokies. One in a doctored up Crystal hot sauce and the other straight BBQ sauce.

Chili Dogs/Brats. Have a pot of chili simmering and brats and dogs cooking in the oven as I type. I'll put them in a low card wrap and smothered with cheese. Always the option of adding some hot pepper powder to them. :) Using Nathans hot dogs and Buck's Brats. Buck is a guy I work with, but use to be a butcher at local grocery. He's retired from the grocery, but working where I work now, so his wife can have health insurance. His Brats are pretty much County famous. A great flavor they have.

Plenty of Mich Ultra's and Bud Light Platinum's. Reyka vodka ice cold for when we score a TD and for a victory shot.. Also, a very good edible/choc from my local dispensary.. lol

Here's to a Ram victory and hope all my Ramily eats and drinks well before, during, and after it. Most of all, be safe if out watching somewhere besides home. :horns::cheers2::cheers2::cheers2:

I have a leg of lamb marinating in a Pinot/mustard/rosemary marinade. Going to be throwing it on the smoker in a few.
