I’m curious what you consider fajitas?! Maybe Old El Paso ones?

No I make them myself. I do throw some chorizo in with the chicken which is probably not authentic but is delicious. Bunch of different spices, onions, peppers, coriander. I do a home made salsa and a home made guacamole too.

Probably not authentic like I said but not old el paso!

Impressive. The reason I ask is because when I was living in NI I couldn't find non sweet peppers or unseasoned tomato sauce to save my life. The food I did end up making so my girlfriends family could try was not proper tasting but they loved it. lol It was still to chili hot for them!:ROFLMAO: It was entertaining as hell to watch.

You have chorizo etc up there? Is it an ASDA or specialty store you get it from? I'm fond of my time in the UK but the food was the hardest thing to get used to, that and the blasted bone chilling wind from the Atlantic! lol

I enjoy other nations food etc. but nothing like New Mexican food  Definitely unique as far as 'Mexican' food goes.
are you thinking because he is Scottish he cant cook Mexican food?
My counselor @jrry32 has advised me to to plead the 5th sir. :cheers2:

A belated Happy Birthday A.J. ! I'll tip an ice cold frosty one in your honor later today. :cheers2: I'm going with leftover turkey in crockpot, smothered in Franks Red Hot Sauce and some Jay's Red Ghost pepper to help spice it up more. I'll put that in a low carb wrap along with some baby swiss cheese. Doing some cheese dip, hungarian hot wax peppers, and make low carb chips out of my wraps. Might add in some braunschweiger with that.

Plenty of Mich Ultra's, Reyka vodka for shots after TD's and the upcoming victory, and also since it is legal in IL., have some great LSD strain of herb I shall indulge in. I'll prolly have to watch game on my NFL Gamepass, as I have been working nothing but 12 hour shifts and getting stuff done at home this weekend. Our ranks have been thinned by the Wuhan virus at work, so covering for 1st shifters that are out on quarantine. Gotta get the rest of my leaves shredded for garden. Hopefully, i'll get done in time for game.

Hope all my Ramily are having a great weekend! :cheers2:

So when I cook things like that I look for Yank recipes normally. I just never know what a fucking cup is lol.

I like to do a bit of cooking and experiment with different things. Normally I use a recipe though.

Fish tacos were amazing.

My wife made a slaw and used some of my homemade pickles.

I am looking forward to Thursday. I think the plan is to do New England Clam Chowder with some homemade sourdough.

We are just planning to do canned soup unless someone has a killer recipe I need to check out.

Absolutely loved the gingerbread house. (The icing, of course, was my favorite.) It was actually blue-and-white, so I guess it was part of the win?
