I have a step by step in the Food Porn thread. @Dog was asking about it a few weeks ago in one of these Game Day Menu threads when he made some.
Like I said in my step by step... mine are very spicy. I'm pretty sure eating them will cure the common cold. Also... you cannot eat just one. Even if you don't like spicy... you will not be able to eat just one.
Surprised you didn't mention poutine. Loved the poutine at Bar St. Louis.It's a staple for us here up north also... Sometimes with canned tuna and green onions to replace the ham with a hot french onion soup... Enjoy!

Just made a bloody Maria and it's fantastic. It's pretty much just a bloody Mary with tequila, but definitely a different flavor. Once we're done mowing through our breakfast casserole, it will be time to start the soup. Gonna be a long day of eating and drinking. It's like 45* and raining here today. What else ya gonna do....
