Dude Cajun sounds so good. If only I knew how to cook some bourbon chicken or jambalaya. Or wasn't too lazy to look it up.

I'm feeling like wings, may go around the corner and pick up some wingstop. Buffalo and BBQ.

Go ahead call me lazy. I can take it. Truth is I work nights so I can barely get up in time for the game as it is.

I work 2nd shift too brother.. If you work 3rd's you should be able to stay up now for a noon game.. lol

Well, back to my Italian roots today serving Chicken Cacciatore with spaghetti and an aged Montepulciano d'Abruzzo to sip and enjoy. I realize some of you will struggle to pronounce what is on my menu, however, like the movie The Natural..."I can't pronounce it, but sure does eat and drink well."

My GF the nurse has a rare weekend off so we are going for a pub lunch today. I am going to have many afternoon beers to get in a healthy buzz for the 6pm my time kick off.

So no cooking today, will have a big lunch and will just need snacks probably. And victory scotch.

I was married to a nurse so I know what that's like. Hope you both enjoyed brother. Peace.
