And please don't tell me Bison.. lolol That sounds good tho. I won't be watching the game live, even though shown here.. I've got to much stuff to do to house and yard with work and OT. I'll watch it on GamePass Sunday evening. That said....

I'll have chili to snack on, as I'm making it for work week lunch. Going to do on the Weber seasoned burgers, and thick cut pork chops. I've been going to a local Mom and Pop meat and produce place, and these chops are the bomb. I don't need to do anything to them. They about an inch and 1/2 thick, if not 2 inches. Locally raised too. Makes me feel good supporting local farmers. :) That said, @BonifayRam would be proud of me. I'm using apple chunks of wood in Weber. :cheers2:

Side dishes may vary as I'm undecided on what to do. Frozen veggies in a white or cheese sauce. Probably open up a jar of cukes with Hungarians in them. Many beers Sunday evening tho. I work 2nd shift so all good.

Oh yeah, my bobcats will be getting Tuna too. lolol

Let's hear what ya all are doing.. Always good to get ideas.. Peace and :cheers2:

WHO ARE WE? lol RAAAAAAAMMSS..

PS If you all haven't checked out the chat room for Game Day, please do so. Good people in there. Miss it.

Good to see you back posting in this thread @Dagonet. Will be a little disappointing as I'm busy before and after the game. Looking at some eggs with pulled pork and local thick cut pepper bacon. Coffee stout with game.

Dude Cajun sounds so good. If only I knew how to cook some bourbon chicken or jambalaya. Or wasn't too lazy to look it up.

I'm feeling like wings, may go around the corner and pick up some wingstop. Buffalo and BBQ.

Go ahead call me lazy. I can take it. Truth is I work nights so I can barely get up in time for the game as it is.

Nothing wrong with that! I live in a town without many delivery options... all last night I was thinking pizza and wings delivered would be nice.

But, they wouldn’t be great here.

I have a bourbon chicken recipe I’ll shoot you by PM that is easy to try some day. (y)

My wife said Buffalo is one of those areas where you get like a garbage plate.

So I suggested corned beef hash and eggs.

My GF the nurse has a rare weekend off so we are going for a pub lunch today. I am going to have many afternoon beers to get in a healthy buzz for the 6pm my time kick off.

So no cooking today, will have a big lunch and will just need snacks probably. And victory scotch.

Well, back to my Italian roots today serving Chicken Cacciatore with spaghetti and an aged Montepulciano d'Abruzzo to sip and enjoy. I realize some of you will struggle to pronounce what is on my menu, however, like the movie The Natural..."I can't pronounce it, but sure does eat and drink well."

I should start eating our actual literal opponent every week. I'm going to buy a pound of Bison burger for today. I can't wait to play the dolphins!

It should be Buffalo wings today. But I hate making them. I think Im going with BBQ’d chicken thighs instead.

I'm grilling two different kinds of sausage. I also grill a big pan of onions, peppers, garlic, sauerkraut, and beer. I put the sausage on that after they are grilled crispy.

Baked beans with a shit ton of bacon.

Also got some stone crab claws.

Never got the baked beans thing, never liked them regardless of how they are prepared. Crab Claws I'm envious of you having access to fresh seafood daily.
