Not today. We're doing KFC tonight. But tomorrow I'm cooking up some Jimmy Dean sausage. Mix enough pizza sauce to make it a nice and thick mixture. Get some sourdough sliced bread. Make a sandwich out of the mixture with some mozzarella. Brush butter on both sides. Cook in a sandwich maker that seals all sides. Sprinkle parmesan when its done. And voila! Mini calzones. Or I call them pizza pockets. Made a bunch of those with all the grandkids when they came over for Christmas eve last year. They all said it was much better than turkey and the traditional dinner.
