It's been an unbelievable ride watching the Rams go from middle school offense with no real chance of sustainable success to the team we're seeing today.

We have a trap game this week with a beat up (but decent) Texans team. After that, 4 of our last 7 games are against current division leaders (and the 5th is the Seahawks whom we just knocked out of first).

We will truly see what this team is made of in the back half of this season. I love that we now know they can rise up against teams we should beat (a Fisher no-no), now this stretch will show us if we have what it takes to beat the big guys with regularity.

Can't wait!

GO RAMS!!

i really believe this will be gut check time ...we have destroyed teams that needed to be destroyed (card giants colts) .. heck we are one play away from being 7-1 against the hags

this stretch of games is where we finally show the media and the NFL who we are .i like our chances against a savage led Texans offense .. but then the anointed ones come to our house ..and we really get to find out who are the best team in the NFC . 1 vs 2 overall pick the media will have a field day gonna be tough game ...with some tough teams coming up all with playoff aspirations ... what a time to be a rams fan

We should of never lost any of our games, if you think about it all of our games were winnable. Washington only had us by 7, Seattle by 6. A TD could of tied or beat the opposing teams. If you look at the upcoming schedule, these teams aren't putting up the scores consistently like we are, nor is their D's holding down the scores as much as we are. It will be a test, we shouldn't get to ahead of ourselves, but yes its time to get serious.

Rams are better than Minnesota and the Saints, Philly is a different animal.

I'm not thrilled w/ all of the 1rst place teams coming up, but if we were gonna have to play them, NOW is the time as opposed to earlier in the year.

The Rams have steadily progressed in all facets of the game, making huge gamechanging plays in all 3 phases.

Sure, we were supposed to wipe out zona and the g-men, but that's what we did. That's what good teams do.

The way this team is playing right now, any opponent knows better than to take the Rams lightly, and that for everything they have to load up on/sell out to stop...fine, we'll just beat you another way. That's exactly what the Rams have demonstrated this year by winning games when one area isn't working and another carries the load.

Seriously, are gonna let case keenum beat us? I'll cry.

I like when people say the Rams lost to two good teams and have beaten nobodies. At Dallas and Jacksonville are legit wins, Jacksonville is elite defensively. They basically gave away the Seattle game (Gurley's TD fumble anyone?). Washington was a last possession game, but the Rams are a much better team today than they were in week 2.

No doubt these rams win the games vs hawks and redskins if we play today. That hawks loss is gonna follow us all year unless we get another game of separation. Could be 7-1 and 4-4 right now smh.

I’m worried about the Saints. I think we can easily lose that game. I predicted we would be 9-3 going into the Eagles game. Which is still great.

In fairness this argument always goes both ways. The Rams could have easily lost to the Whiners. In fact they were one great Barron tackle away from probably losing.

I actually feel better that the Rams are getting the Saints OUTSIDE of the Superdome.

Plus, it might be inspirational if McVay showed them some film from last year's game, when Asshole Face ran up the score to rub Gregg Williams' nose in it. Would be nice to return the favor :)

My lord, how in the _____ are we worried about ANYBODY???? We were 4-12 last year and the rest of the world thought we had no business even thinking of a winning record this year. Even now, it's always the next game that will prove who we are, with the inference being that we are pretenders. SCREW THEM! This team is not used to winning, but now have tasted it and like it like a MUTHERFREAK!

We will shock the league AND will beat the Iggles like red headed Wentz's!

Trap game???? Stop with this nonsense. Teams with great coaching staffs don't have "TRAP" games. Ask the Cards and Giants about their trap games with the Rams.

Rams roll Houston, by at least 3 TD's.

Going forward there are all sorts of things that can affect our schedule. Philly plays Seattle the week before we do. And While Seattle isn't quite the powerhouse all the media want to make them out to be...... They are very physical and that takes a toll. And as mentioned New Orleans outside a dome. But we go to Minnesota (There's probably already 2' of snow there....) but then again....we're not a "Dome" team anymore ourselves......
All of this is interesting......but the only part I can see of our schedule is Houston is next.

Rams know they need to win this game with the schedule that is ahead. After the Texans there's only one "easy" game in the next six week stretch and it's in a division rival's house (Arizona):

@ Vikings
Saints
@ Cardinals
Eagles
@ Seahawks
@ Titans

Last game of the year will be the 9ers which qualifies as an "easy" game. So winning this one vs the Texans is pretty damn important. IMO the Rams will be UP for this one in a big way.

We got 5 hard games: Vikings, Saints, Seahawks, Titans, Eagles
And we got 3 easy games: 49ers, Texans, Cardinals

Let's be in between conservative and optimistic, and say we go 2-3 in the hard games, and 3-0 in the easy games.
That leaves us at 11-5. That is definitely a wildcard, and if one of our wins can be against Seattle, then we win the division.
