Where did this story come from? They had a cap crunch. They had to move on from some players. McVay even said if they had done things differently they never would have had to trade Ramsey. If they kicked him to the curb, like you suggest then why would Snead and McVay admit to talking about possibly trading for him now? You make it sound like they couldn’t wait to be rid of him. Strange take.I think the ship has sailed for corner, barring the Dolphins eating some of that salary. Rams booted Ramsey's ass out of LA due to salary vs what he offers on the field, as they always do with any player who they know will have problems living up to what they're being paid. So it makes no sense for them to go back to that with him unless he comes in at a discount.
Swing OT is the one spot I think a move will happen. If they wait too long the remaining options will get snapped up but if I were Les I'd bring one in soon, before that happens.
More than likely he will cost too much for their liking. But you kept saying yourself last summer that the secondary was the teams weakness. You don’t think he upgrades it?
