He was certainly the best RB in the NFL last year. But that position passes the torch every year. If Gurley can get 1200 yards with 500 receiving and 12 total touchdowns that's a great year. But we can't expect him to repeat last season's numbers.

The Champ is still the Champ until dethroned by a better performance. No torch is passed...it is ripped from the hand of the former Champ. So until then Bell and others can suck Todd Gurley's exaust.

btw....I think we can. I don't see an answer to running the offense through Todd Gurley by opposing teams. We have a better Tavon Austin in Cooks on jet sweeps....We have a better route running WR in Cooks, than Tavon Austin. They can't key on Todd Gurley, and Gurley is gonna get his. It's a freakin' nightmare for opposing DC's, imo.
