Every online fantasy draft I’ve ever been in opens up about 30 min prior to start time and only then do you see the order.

It’s dumb.

This is why I don’t run the ROD mocks anymore. I enjoyed it but inevitably,
Folks like to “start” things…and “join” things, but there’s always one or two who just disappear and fuck it up for others.
 
I intend to be there tomorrow, but it has me wondering what happens if others don't show.

the site will give them one chance to make a pick and when the timer runs out they will go on auto pick.

this will likely be me because i'm not waking up at 4am to do a ff draft.

will be interesting to see how my rankings transform into auto picks.

We have standard draft format which looks like snake since I did a mock draft just now and it’s a snake. But I don’t know the order which is the important part :/
 
So dumb question, I see 11am as the draft time followed by GMT-7.......so im confused as to what time the draft actually is at?

NFL.com and ESPN goes random just before the draft. CBS lets you know a few hours before the draft.

Below are the current rules, for those that have trouble finding them.

Draft Time: 8/24 2pm EST
Scoring: 1 PPR
Roster: 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR 1 TE 1 FLX
1 DEF 1 K 6 BENCH 3 IR
Playoffs: 4 teams weeks 16-17


@Judge Doom I would like to petition you to change these settings before the draft:

Roster size: For a 14 team league, 6 bench and 3 IR spots is too much. There will be no one on the waiver wire. I suggest at least changing it 6 bench and 1 IR, but I would prefer 5 bench and 1 IR.

Playoffs: Currently, only the top 4 teams will make the playoffs. A 3 week, 6-8 team playoff will be fun with this many teams

@ Everyone just a warning I pretty sure draft is in 2 hours!?
 
Dangit, dropped the ball on this one. I fully intended to join. Oh well, if someone drops just before draft (unlikely) I could step in.
