There were some stretches and more than a few Homer picks. A lot of guys, b/c it is dynasty, took a lot of the top-tier rookies early. Maybe too early...
There's a couple of really bad teams but there are also a few competitive teams that weren't great at the draft but that have worked the wire and trades really well.
Just did the math, through two weeks I'm averaging 210 pts/week.
