Stop making it so hard on McVay. Let him keep coaches, have continuity and worry about more important things.
This garbage , he does not like it and had practically said as much.

Give our head coach everything he needs.

This is because McVay is and has always hired coordinators from outside his staff. This is a McVay decision essentially.
