Yeah, after watching this I'm all on Emeka Egbuka. Good kid and I thought the young lady did a good job with her interview skills....

Agree on both and yeah I think Egbuka could be a really good addition to Puka and Adams.

For the record I still think offense whenever they make their first pick but call me crazy: there is a player flying up draft boards who I think is a huge missing piece on defense. Carson Schwesinger out of UCLA. A trade back nab to an athletic TE and this kid would make it a very successful draft IMO.

They may but there are other bad teams. They had the best pass rusher in the NFL last year and one of the better CB last year. And their record? You either have a QB or you're picking in the top 10 every year. Look at that top 10:

View attachment 70471

Patriots appear to have their QB.
Jags have a QB who's good but their team has been shit and he's been not as good as hoped.
Panthers weren't sure but their young guy rebounded during the season so maybe they do.
Bears seem to have taken theirs last year.

You either take your QB or you're telling your fans "Yeah we don't care about you just get over us sucking every year"
How many of these first 10 teams do you think will be picking in the top 10 AGAIN next year?

I don’t think a QB is gonna get picked at #3,4,5,6,8 or 10. Those teams have made their moves and seem to be set for 2025.

Even if the titans and browns grab a QB, they’re not getting off of this list in ‘25. It’s a tough year for QB needy teams and that includes teams like the g-men who “filled that need” in FA.

Outside of the panthers, I don’t see a lotta movement from the bottom 10 teams this season. Sucks to be a fan of theirs.

Carson Shwesinger is more of a pass coverage type and not a hard hitter. I don’t think he shores up the run defense that well. Maybe that’s what the Rams are looking for in an inside linebacker. I don’t know.
