I'm not going to complain about the push off by the eagles WR, because Davante got away with a more subtle version himself.
But the rest of this game was BS and very biased against us.

I keep reading this but if the WR's arm is extended the whole time it's not opi. They only call it if the wr extends his arms from a bent position to fully extended. Like aj brown did in the game. Alas.

The zoomed in end zone view of the second blocked kick showed Havestein getting beat and falling as he took out Limmer's leg. That prevented Limmer from holding his ground. I would like to see a side view to see where the Eagles lined up. Some are saying their helmets were over the LOS.

What bothers me is the silence from the Rams FO on this game and how it was officiated. A light needs to be shined on that crew. It was a badly officiated game.
McVay’s so cool he always frames it as asking for “clarity.” I bet it’s going on this week though.

I wondered that myself it’s hard to tell but if you look in slow motion there appears to be a neutral zone infringement either way

We were not alone in seeing the problems but as usual corporate media preferred to go with the Eagles are capable of overcoming any opponent and deficit narrative. The truth is they are a good team who are being added and abbetted by some terrible officiating. Was this crew biased? That is probably going too far but there were some terrible calls that all seemed to benefit one team

This article doesn't even mention the pass interference on Puca or the touchdown that was negated when the Eagle defender completely lost the leverage battle, lost his feet and was pancacked on his ass....

"As talk to ban the "Tush Push" grows, NFL officiating crews were instructed to officiate the play as tightly as possible. Mark Maske of the Washington Post reported that all 32 NFL teams were sent a video heading into Week 3.

"Upcoming at The Washington Post: The NFL said in its officials' training tape sent to all 32 teams this week that the Eagles should have been called for false-starting on the tush push Sunday against the Chiefs, instructing officials to call 'these plays tight,'" he reported.

"The officials' training tape sent to all 32 NFL teams Wednesday shows a tush push by the Eagles with 5:29 left in the game and says: 'False start would be the proper call here...' The NFL also says on its officials' training tape of the tush push: 'We want to make sure that we officiate these plays tight and make sure that every aspect of the offensive team is legal and any movement… that’s not correct, we want to shut it down as a false start.'"

But on Sunday, the officiating crew for the Eagles vs. Rams has already missed some calls.

NFL fans blasting officiating crew for Eagles vs. Rams
The officiating crew for the Eagles vs. Rams game immediately missed a penalty on Philadelphia's first Tush Push play of the game. This should have been a false start, but the refs didn't call it.

Even FOX on NFL called out the league for missing the penalty.

The Eagles appear to be getting the benefit of the doubt on this play, for whatever reason. NFL fans are growing tired of it.

Later in the game, the refs appeared to miss an offensive pass interference penalty on Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown. He "clearly" pushed off to get free on a touchdown catch in the second half.

Meanwhile, the Rams have been on the receiving end of some terrible calls, including a 15-yard taunting penalty for wide receiver Puka Nacua. The standout wide receiver was hit with a 15-yard personal misconduct penalty after flexing following his seventh catch of the day.

"Doesn't matter who you root for, it's stupid. He's pointing to the endzone," Ari Meirov shared on X.

NFL fans fed up with Eagles getting beneficial calls
The Eagles are one of the best teams in the National Football League. They don't need help from the officiating crews, too. But they are getting it.

"Seconds after the Eagles left tackle gets away with a false start on a tush push, A.J. Brown commits an uncalled offensive pass interference on a TD reception. RIGGED," one fan wrote.

"Why is the NFL officiating so rigged in the Eagles favor????" one fan added.

"It's not even hard to see that the refs are bias towards the Eagles the Rams barely have to do anything and they are getting flags and calls against them yet the Eagles seem to be able to do whatever they want and nothing it's clear who the NFL is favouring this year," another fan added.

I was never against the tush push if the iggles were just good at it. But it seems like they are committing false starts nearly half the time but I've never ever ever seen a false start called on the tush push. 4th and 6 is a different game

I have seen false starts called on rush push plays a handful of times, just never against the illegals.

The Steelers were just called for it the other night. Saints were called for it earlier this year. It IS happening and being called, just not for the Eagles.

Has any analyst compared the Eagles in time fractions to those that were called against the Steelers and Saints?

There’s not really a way to look it up but the Eagles have run the Tush Push 116 times since 2022 and have a 96% conversion rate on 4th and 1. Safe to say they have never been called on a false start doing this play.

That’s equivalent to 2 full NFL games running the ball every single play and a offensenever having an infraction called against them. The odds against that gotta be astronomical.

Yeah it’s gross. But that play is cooked after this season anyway.
