Given that Snead has so much disdain for selections this late it would seem to me that "All In" would involve actually trading the selection for an established veteran rather that counting on a rookie selected so late in the first round.
Doubt it since it's unlikely their salary cap can absorb a high priced vet.

This is true. Maybe they're not all in...more like mostly in. They seem to be taking a very disciplined approach to the salary cap this time.

Or a trade up for a rookie that they feel is an instant contributor.

Yeah, that's my read... also, Rams tend not to force things so if there's no vet out there that tilts the field, they're not gonna just do it.

Can anyone identify a player that they should even trade for right now?
