The one time Verse will ever regret opening his mouth.

Love the friendly trash talking he does to opponents (lot of it, I laughed at), but I bet he's gonna feel so sore after the "old man" workout.
“Sore”? I don’t doubt it. Good thing he’s got time to heal before camp; otherwise, AD might have wrecked him for the opener.

I never thought this would happen. I thought Verse was just talking smack to AD and never thought they would work out together. Now I see they really are good friends and, even better, Verse gets to see how hard AD worked to become the GOAT. Also surprised how much larger Verse is.

My guess is this was all a publicity stunt/ PR. It would not surprise me if the Rams came up with the whole idea.

I am afraid the Rams would break the record for the most non called holdings. The league would be worried about losing QBs to injury. Plus trying to keep the games worth watching.

Great fun.. but, much more to me, and example of an organization with an incredible culture. Keeping guys like AD and Whit so close is HUGE.. and seeing the young players respond to them so well.. it's awesome.

Rams culture intact.

Man how did AD dominate so much (GOAT level) from the inside DL being so “small”?!? I mean sure, strong like bull - but he’s small for current iDL. It’s crazy.
One word - Leverage - with leverage, the shorter guy wins. The fact that AD99 also had an electric first step and was often blowing through two blockers before either guy had even left their stance certainly helped. The fact that AD99 was strong enough to shove blockers into the paths of opposing QBs and RBs helped more. The fact that AD99 was so fit that he could bring relentless pressure all day long was the icing on the cake.

AD was so good that the Horns hardly attempted to truly elevate the DL around him the prime of his career. When the coaching brass informed him before the 2022 draft that they were ridding the team of most of the big salaried players in favor of rookies | younger pros to establish better cap stability, the Aaron offered the blueprint to success: "Just make sure that they care!"

Instead of the folly of trying to replace AD with one player, the Horns started going after multiple players with high passion, high gridiron IQs, and relentless practice/video study habits. These young defensive studs we now have are pretty much Aaron's spiritual DNA kids.

V8 need not regret anything. This was a primetime learning experience about what true greatness is all about. Aaron effectively established a higher standard for greatness than V8 expected. The question is: will this humbling experience motivate to strive even higher with respect to strength, fitness, agility, as well as performance & tackling efficiency?

WELL SAID - lol

Freaking KOBIE TURNER has a hold of those HORNS left by AD99 & is leading by example with this group.

Yeah - I have agree,we can see it,but Wade Phillips strategy of rotation is there.(Smart & Gains).

This group The Rams have is SO much better & will prove themselves.

Hate to say it as well because I thought Hendo was The Best DL coach for AD99.AD99 loved him & did an interview with a bigger than life size photo on his wall.Bigger than a Fat-Head.

GIF SMITH is SO good.He has this guys flying around.Poona Ford & Ty Hamilton are going to be nice additions to this undersized group.Tyler Davies will compete as well. He is a AP that is an effort guy. The group imo sort of jokes on him. -lol
