Never listened to mason and Ireland but I like this Steve Mason guy . He made really good points about the Rams and truly believes in this team.

I was hoping Steven A would be there today but dominique foxworth was there and he believes Jared Goff was good last year because of the screen pass.....lol wow

Foxworth says Goff was good last year because of the weapons around him.
Mason says Goff is developing into one of the best QBs and he is playing better than Jimmy G.

Foxworth is talking crazy, has no stats or proof just says Goff is mediocre .

NO SHIT! In what universe is that a "crazy" take? McVay is the reigning Coach of the Year!! Shanahan hasn't done shit as a head coach and he called the worst 2nd half in Superbowl history. How are these people on TV?

There are still many in the NFL media and even some fans league wide that believe Jared Goff is nothing but an average QB.

The new narrative is that he's merely a glorified game manager in a system created by "Boy Genius" Sean McVay.

We also here his sub par abilities are hidden due to the help from the best RB in the NFL named Todd Gurley.

And when Goff takes his quarterbacking game to an even higher level in 2018, they will come up with a new spin of the same regurgitated crap like this segment displayed.

You really think these media guys believe that JimmyG is the next coming of Montana? The simple answer is NO. They are beating this dead horse because people are talking about it. People can't stand that they are crowning him already after a mediocre statistical start. Have you guys not learned that the media doesn't care of it's positive or negative attention? This is the one I hate the most. Yes, McVay is awesome. But these guys act like he's throwing the fucking ball for Goff. They act like Sean makes throwing decisions for Jared during a play like he's his own personal avatar or something.

All it is is mainstream "experts" coming up with every excuse they can for why they were so dead wrong on Goff after his rookie year.

I'm not expert on the deep ball, but those passes to Watkins in the SF game and the Giants game looked like elite passes. And that pass to Woods in the Texans game was definitely an elite pass.

I think some of these so called "experts" just can't get past Goff's rookie season under the worst offensive coaches in the league. And probably the worst receiver group in the league.

Goff is just going to have to go out and kick some more ass. Sooner or later they will have to admit he's pretty good and Jimmy GQ does not walk on the water just because he gets to boink a porn star.
