Trust me, I'm not a strong advocate of our organization's competence by any stretch of the imagination. I'd be hard pressed not to put us in the bottom 5 after the last 12 years. But even I feel sorry for Browns fans lol.

There are some good RB options in this draft. The Phins will pick one and Pead gets cut in camp or is just backup material. This is an insurance move IMO.
