Personally, I don't think it is anyone's business and we don't know if he "needs help" - maybe he is happy doing what he wants to do.
It may not be OUR business, but it is the Dolphins business. The notion that people can compartmentalize their personal and public life is a foolish one at best. Most successful people learn that they are responsible to others.

This isn't about moralizing or judging the guy. It's about helping a guy avoid self-destructive behavior.

"When I was a child I spoke like a child, thought like a child and reasoned like a child. But when I became a man, I set aside childish ways."

By the way, anybody seen Johnny Football lately?

There is no way to tell - coulda been coke or meth or 100 different things.

I thought only Millennials were dumb enough to record their crimes.

The guy is likely high out of his mind. Sure we can't tell exactly what he's doing.

Anytime you are doing that stuff to yourself you leave yourself susceptible to doing very stupid things.

Not just 'millennials'

Oh, I agree that it is the Dolphins business if he was getting high at their facility. No doubt. I fired a guy for that once and that was after doing bumps with him the weekend before. You do that shit on your own time, not on company time.

As for the other stuff, this ain't the venue and I won't go there other than to say all the problems that people have brought up in this thread are more symptoms of prohibition than they are of drug use, it's just that most people have forgotten that these are two separate things.

What was he snorting? coke or meth?
Judging by the size of the boulders falling out of his nose, I'd say he ground up some pills.
Fairly easy access to those in the facility.

Well now we know he does need help, since his family indicated that in a more recent story. And yeah millennials get picked on but we all know that stupid comes in all ages.

As someone who socially did a little of that when I was a lot younger, and some other less harmful stuff, I'll say that you don't want to even get into any drugs because they're addicting, unhealthy and can alter reality of the user. Plus you don't want to involve yourself with some of the shady types that use them. The sad thing is when some people say they can handle it, they're young and whatever other excuse, but the cumulitive affect on the body is really not worth it.

All right, back to Ram talk.

Not sure how this was ever a good idea in his head and clearly he misjudged his relationship with this woman.
I think by now all of us should assume that if you record yourself naked, doing drugs or having sex it's going to get out.
