Yea I don't understand some guys. If a player is going bad it usually only takes a couple good plays to get him out of my doghouse. Some of these guys take it personally when guys mess up. They are the same group that acts like its their money that the team pays them with.

Being "real" should include giving players a chance to develop, and recognizing forces that may retard a players development, and if you don't, you are not being real, you are just being ignorant.
