If DJ can take in instructions and do less free-lancing, I'd say yes. Otherwise, no because we already have someone similar to that on staff and got burnt a few times with WRs running to the end zone.

Dumb question, but if AZ claimed Cooper, wouldn't their respective claim order drop down to 32? Or is this a separate type of transaction?

Actually a good question because I'd like to know as well, never known exactly the Waiver process. Maybe nobody else put in a waiver claim for him?

I've read that it's the order of the previous draft but does it auto change after the 1st flaim is made where the team behind the one that made the claim is #1 and the one that made the claim is #32? The rest of the teams fall in order?

So at least we wont see Swearinger in the playoffs. Swearinger did stand out the few times I accidently tapped into a Redskins game on TV - but it sounds like he has left a trail of teams not willing to invest much in him.

He doesn't have a choice, unlike Fitz.

It resets every week, so yes, they would drop down only for that one week.

He could tell them he doesn’t want to play for them!
But obviously the chances of that is nil!

This is better than him showing up on some other lower seeded playoff team

He could have not resigned contracts or requested a trade.

His contract runs through 2020. And he can request a trade, but that can't happen until after he's claimed.

Plus he cant be traded right now with the trade deadline long being passed
