Flucker makes no sense to me because of his weakness in pass pro, and lack of any position flexibility.

However, Justin Britt (should he be let go) does intrigue me as a versatile G/C back-up. Don’t see Rams paying Blythe $4M to do anything but start at center.

Of the Rams OL options, I am least confident and optimistic about Brian Allen. Center only, and just not any good. Way over-drafted in my opinion. Allen makes Blythe look big.
I noticed how thin(face, neck) Allen looked during his covid 19 video during the draft

Fluker doesn't fit our scheme. Justin Britt does and could play LG or C. But I expect our coaches would rather stick with the guys we have.

After the draft, I truly believe O-line is the only thing from us being back in the mix ( same ol' shit ). Not sure if either of these 2 are the answer ..... but they better fuckin' do something. If not, Havenstein and / or Noteboom will HAVE to emerge for us to make any kind of serious run

Take it from me someone who has personally seen him play. He's terrible. He lumbers, makes a whole lot of mental mistakes and is just plain slow, mentally and physically. Why do you think no one wants him. I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did in Seattle. How bad is he? I'd rather have Blythe than Fluker, that's how bad he is.

If either ... it would be Britt. DJ Fluker is a turn style in pass pro. Britt and AD in camp would be fun to watch though ...

Fluker is a penalty machine. Big road grader that excelled at run blocking but cannot pass pro without holding on. Big slow feet and injury prone. He would make everyone beg to bring back Greg Robinson. He’s really THAT BAD! No thanks.

Bring Britt in for a "workout" then leave him in the gym with AD.

Shitty thing to do right after the draft when team rosters are full. Teams have drafted players they want to develop and now Fluker and Britt wait.

that's why players are only interested in guaranteed money. they always look at their contract length as the time until the guarantees run out.

Britt would be an improvement on our center situation. He was the top Center in the NFC West in 2018.

I'm sure his PFF would be way better once he doesn't have to face Donald 2 times a year.
