TOGO was a fantastic movie
based on a true story .............
although , nothing really new here
we've all seen several , a boy and his dog movies
but when done right , still a fantastic story , as this one was
it had me laughing out loud , and also a little teary eyed a couple times
most of the movie is told through flashbacks , as when the movie starts out , TOGO is already 12 years old
but the puppy they got to play TOGO , as a puppy , I got a feeling he was real handful , just like the dog he was portraying
the runt of the litter , the puppy Willem Dafoe, ( Leonhard Seppala ) didn't want and actually gave away twice
Willem Dafoe, plays the grumpy old man who slowly comes around to TOGO's way of thinking........................lol
Willem Dafoe, is great in everything he does , no different here
