Yes thanks for posting that X ,and I would like to add SJ is an anomoly in the NFL and the world in general,he deserves all the success he ever gets and probably more.
I wish for some reason Goodel would void his contract I think he is on a team NOW that has reached it's zenith and will soon begin a slide to being in the 80th percentile of the league.
IMO he'd have had a better chance getting a ring here than there ( if form holds I just got him a ring with my legendary capacity for bad predictions).
Anyway ,thanks for EVERYTHING

I just feel bad that he won't be here when the Rams turn the corner.

I wish I could feel the same way, but I don't.

All he had to do was stay, but he elected to *try* and go out on top. I don't blame him for that, because his clock is surely running out, but he chose the path he chose. And for that, I really wouldn't be sympathetic towards him if the Rams made it further than the Falcons this year. And next year. And the year after that.

I also hope he gets his HOF status. And goes in as a Ram. Did he say he wants to come back and retire a Ram or no? It sounded like he thought about it but decided against it, or did I hear that wrong?

Well said, Jackson had choices and chose the one that best fit his priorities.....as the old saying goes; "it's just business". Ironically, it may all end up a win-win, only time will tell.
