Just no place for him so not sure I see that happening. Unless he wants to play for under $2 million next season and be the 4th WR at best. Then sure we could always use depth.

Rams' focus is going to be on the OL and backup QB on the offensive side of the ball. So barring him coming in on a very team friendly deal I doubt it.

Oh and btw I wouldn't bet on him leaving either. He's got Arians coming in, and a QB who has the arm to air it deep so the offensive focus will be what he's good at which seems like a situation that would keep him around.

He had much more success with Fitzpatrick. He and Jamie’s didn’t workout so well this year.

Who's he going to take snaps from? He's not a slot reciever. Plus all our positions from 1 through 4 are taken. No thanks.

To those of us who remember this song; DAMN WE OLD!
I'm old too, but I only dimly remember this song, which is weird...

It's funny that when looking up the other song, "Ode to Billy Joe" popped by Billie Gentry. It's a favorite, and always struck me hard where I lived.

I’d take him if he’s willing to take a part time role. He’d come in handy this year with Kupp out and he still can take the top off a defense.

I mean it’s interesting to think about, but no way it happens.

If this WR corp is good enough to reach the Super Bowl... and they’re all due back next season... I guess in theory you can upgrade anywhere, but this unit is damn good already.

Our Wide Outs & Tight Ends are very solid units in this Ram team. Snead has no holes to fill in these two units Can Jackson play CB/ FS/ MLB/ NT/ OLB?

#1-Woods
#2-Cooks
#3-Kupp
#4- Reynolds
#5-Thomas
#6-Hodge
#7-Natson
#8-Proehl

And then there's Higbee, Everett, Mundt & Krieger-Coble. Do need to bring up what Gurley has done in the passing game these past 4 seasons?

Yep, and we get Kupp back as well!

I think the bigger picture here is that now we have players openly stating they want to come to LA and play for the Rams. When was the last time you heard that!! That augurs well for free agency. I got sick of how many times we would lose out on a FA to another team because we weren't an attractive option to play for. We may win some of those 50/50 calls from FA's moving forward because we are no longer the ugly stepchild of the NFL.

No way he comes cheap enough. The Rams will have limited resources, and will need to fill actual holes, not upgrade an already strong position. Linebackers are needed, the Rams will need to replace Suh (and Brockers' contract is getting short), both starting cornerbacks have one season left, they need a safety, they need to keep the OL pipeline going, backup QB, Alexander or a replacement, etc etc. Any WR obtained will need to be close to the league minimum.

Keep in mind that not just Donald's contract gets expensive next year, they pushed some of Whitworth's and Wood's money ahead to next year to cover Donald's salary this season. Goff is about to get expensive, Gurley's salary goes up and then gets big the following year, and they have legitimate needs to fill. An upgrade on 4th WR is a luxury.
