This is exactly what the media did with every facet of the replacement refs. Every call was scrutinized and made into a bigger issue than maybe it needed to be. Who is to say they made "X amount" more mistakes than the regular guys. Every single pro sports message board in the whole wide world has one thing in common. Complaints about the refs. The media played this up so much it was sort of sad. They treated the replacement refs a lot worse then they deserved. I'll bet big coin that the regular guys don't get NEARLY the crap when they return and miss holding calls and so on.

Gotta love the media.....
What did you think about the officiating during the Redskins game?

Do you think the regular guys would have made many of the same calls?

Curious.

Huh. I must say I'm a little disappointed.
I was dumbfounded. Leave someone a straight line, you expect the rim shot.

I know you guys probably wanted your division rival to lose, but look at it from my point of view guys. It was a great outcome for me. :cheese:

Halloween is almost here. Are you going to continue to haunt us? What's the deal? Go away....

Damn. I was going to post with that line, and you had to spoil it. Figures. But then again, I guess that the Nile isn't merely the largest river in the world.

Pete the Cheat and Golden Taint probably have a lot more of it than others. Just admit that you got a lucky break, you asshats. It's an insult to everyone's intelligence when you keep lying like that.

Yep X pretty much sums it up. Typically I come into an opponent's forums early in the year if they're the team the Lions are playing in week 1. It's like a very long week before the game as far as I'm concerned, because in this day and age it's pretty much always football season.

It didn't work out over at ClanRam, they're all divas or whatever, but you all are cool here. :yeh: Pretty much to answer your question on why I'm staying is because I'm going to end up watching every Rams game this year in the full 3-hour broadcast because I watch football with my dad. He'll also see all of my Lions' 3-hour broadcasts.

So I figured I'd have a bit of neutral input for you fellas :P

Not a total dink AND his pops is a Rams fan. There's still hope for him AND plenty of room on the band wagon when he realizes the err of his ways. Think of the ring to it too... Iron Ram.

Iron Ram... come out of the closet. :7up:
