It's not that surprising. They're so many good recievers in the nfl and puka and Adam's had down years last year for whatever reason.

Puka because of injury, Adams because he was with the Jets and a dysfunctional Rodgers.
This year, hopefully, Puka is healthy and Adams will be catching passes from a guy not concerned with the media.

Puka has been arguably a top 3 WR since he entered the NFL (despite his low number of TDs). But without a doubt he’s been a top 10 WR.

Puka isn't the most athletic, biggest or fastest WR on many if all rosters. But he's a damn good football player and definitely a top 10 WR. It's just those other guys are more athletic, bigger or faster than him.

Athletic WRs are exciting to watch. There's nothing like a great pass and catch. As a result, many (most?) great WRs are divas. A huge 80 yard run by a RB is exciting but it doesn't happen anywhere near as often as a great catch. If you look at the top 25 wide receivers in receiving yards, only 9 were part of a Lombardi-winning team. And the reason it's that high, is 6 of them were on teams together. Harrison-Wayne, Ike-Torry, Evans-AB. Of the top 25 RBs and top 25 QBs (in yards) half won a Superbowl/Championship. 12* of the 25 RBs and 13 of 25 QBs. And that number isn't skewed by 2 being teammates. Because no matter how good your WR may be, you need a good QB and usually a good run game to win it all. JMHO.

Give me a team full of Pukas over a team full of DHops or Randy's or Steve Smiths any day.

*Jim Brown won a Championship but retired pre-SB era.

I take it for what it’s worth. There are things that go into that are unaccounted for.

Like above poster the numbers might not show up as whole, but when you look at the production it adds up to 2 excellent}1 type WR’s.

There’s a reason The Rams(Mcvay) went after D. Adams & released Cooper Kupp.

I like the WR & add 12 personnel as well with 4 TE’s The Rams are going to be dangerous. We as Ram Fans should know this if 2024 is a reflection.

IMO Sean Mcvay is going to do a lot better in his play calling & things upfront should settle in nicely.
