I thought that was a great play by one of the best TEs in the NFL. And, I hate George Kittle.
Sure, he kept after it, didn't quit on the play. But tell me you could do that one more time in another hundred tries.

Thought I would post this from a Cowboys SB Nation "Blogging The Boys" :

Overall, the “organizational standard” that this team was once held to needs to be lowered because they have not been able to get over the hump, or even close to it, in 28 years. It’s upsetting, it’s aggravating, and it’s gut-wrenching. The worst part: did you expect anything different? This is who they are. This is the Dallas Cowboys.
This IS something wrong with the Cowboys organization and culture. It's starts at the top and begins with the sense that they are, or should be, "America's team" without first (or ever) earning it on the field.

It makes them the constant "overdogs" struggling to live up all the attention and expectations, hype and BS. Who can handle that? It's corrosive. Has to be a big mental burden in the playoffs, especially on the QB.

When have we seen a Cowboys' team playing in the playoffs with a real edge, a real sense of determination to win no matter what anyone thinks of them? Saying they don't give a damn about Jerry's expectations or being America's team? Probably not in decades.

There is an ancient saying "When the battle is joined the underdog will win." That would be the team playing the Cowboys in the playoffs.

One thing we have to be truthful about the Cowboys. The end of their playoff games are extremely interesting!!!!

One other fact. The Rams all time record for yards in a postseason game came vs the Cowboys in 2018 (455 yds).

I couldn't but I'm sure Kittle could.

Is your point that Kittle could not make that catch again in 100 tries? I think he could.
The catch was far from an accident. Watch Kittles' eyes in the replay. Total concentration on the ball. Something approaching Cooper Kupp-like level of attention.

I hate that Kittle is a 49er and is one of my Hawkeyes. Just absolutely hate it.

My point exactly. That’s why I pushed back on the suggestion it was a lucky catch.

You were totally right. As a football fan you have to give credit where it is due, even if it's Kittle and the Niners. He made a great play at every step-- to get his hand on the ball, keep it alive, bring it in, and hold on to it while going down.

I have watched the final 18 minutes of last year's NFC Championship Game between 25-30 times.

And, I am NOT done.

That was a great win that I will remember (and cherish) as long as my mind allows me memories.

It was an NFC Championship Game victory, put the Rams in a Super Bowl that they won, was a tremendous comeback and it came against the team I hate the most ... by far ... the 49ers.

What made it extra special, was that the 49ers were really good. They may have won the Super Bowl last year; and the Rams took it from them. The best wins are over the best teams ... in my opinion.

Well how lucky did The Rams get ? Yeah, when they played each other this season The Rams were fairly healthy & NINER’s were hurt as well.

In that game the DB(safety)dropped that pass that would have sealed it.

The thing Rams Fans are saying much,or respecting that much in 2022 was Nick Scott’s play. What a STUD as Mcvay said. He comes back after being hurt.

The Nick Scott hit against Debo was one of The Best hits all season. I was going to lose my Chit when he got called for a personal foul. That would have changed me from watching football again just about? I was pissed & saying all that. If the Ref doesn’t pick up the Flag The Rams lose.
Hope Nick Scott is a Ram next season. Never hear from Ram Fans how important he is the The Rams. I mean Taylor Rapp can’t hold his jock.Just shows what hard work & talent do.

The problem is there are too many fantasy football geeks that pass themselves off as journalists and they don't know shit about football. All they know is the box score and how many fantasy points players get.

Fantasy points rules all their opinions.
