Today I'll start with a LT. ( yes a left Tackle with the #20) LT - Dick Huffman: (1947-50)

Dick played in 47 games for the Rams, and went to the Pro Bowl in 1950. And he was named an All Pro 3 straight years in 1947, '48, and '49.

He had 6 FR's for 15 Yds. and 1 TD. and 2 pass receptions for 36 Yds.

NEXT UP, WR/DB Woodley Lewis: (1950-55) He also wore #30.

He was used mainly as a return man. And he made the Pro Bowl in 1950.
He had 107 PR's for 817 Yds. and 3 TD's an aver. of 7.6 w/a long of 82 Yds.
He also had 108 KR's for 2575 Yds. and 1 TD an aver. of 23.8 w/a long of 88 Yds.

He also had 21 receptions for 218 Yds. an aver. of 10.4 and he rushed 47 times for 188 Yds. a 4.0 aver.


NEXT UP, RB Tommy Mason: (1967-70)

He had 21 Int's for 372 Yds. and 4 TD's w/a long of 99 Yds.(#1 in the League in 1980!)
He also had 22 FR's, and 2 sacks to go with 20 PR's for 163 Yds.

He had 2 Int's for 76 Yds. a/ a Long of 40 Yds. and a 0.5 sack record.
he came here as a 5th round draft pick, that we received in a Trade for Todd Kinchen. I think it was a Bad Trade,JMHO


NEXT UP, SS Darian Stewart: (2010-13)

And MY LAST OF THE DAY! CB Lamarcus Joyner: ( 2014-present)

Johnnie Johnson...great player....Darrell Henley....foolish player.....LaMarcus Joyner...our season may ride on if he's really a player...I have yet to see him backpedal, or swivel his hips....

* FS - Kim Herring - 2001-2002

In his 2 Seasons as a Ram he played 32 games and had 4 Int's for 53 Yds. w/ a long of 36 Yds./ 4 PD's./ 1 FF/ 1 FR for 3 Yds. and 120 TKL's w/16 Assists.

In his 1 Post Season game he had 1 INT. for 45 Yards.

*FS - Steve Preece - 1973-1976
In his 4 Seasons as a Ram he played in 56 games and had 6 Int's for 69 Yds. w/ a long of 25 Yds./ 3 Fumbles/ 7 FR's for minus 28 Yds. and 3 Rushes for 7 Yds. w/ 1 TD./ a long of 11 Yds. and a 2.3 aver.

Last Honorable mention:
* WR - Steve Heckard - 1965-1966
In his 2 Seasons he played 25 games and had 6 Rec's for 106 Yds./ a 17.7 Aver. w/ a long of 50 Yds. and he had 2 FR's.

Maybe some of you can find photos of these Players ,in Rams uni's! But I couldn't!!

After re-Reading this^,A few of these Players need their stats enhanced, they weren't covered well enough! Sooo ...

* CB - Darryl Henley - 1989-1994

He was a 2nd Round Draft pick #53 overall by the Rams in 1989. In his 6 Seasons and 76 games he had 22 Int's for 119 Yds.w/ a long of 25 Yds./ 2 Fumbles and 3 FR's and 247 TKL's w/ 3 Assists. he also had 61 PR's for 579 Yds. w/ a long of 26 Yds./ a 9.5 Aver.
In his 3 Post Season games he had 5 PR's for 11 Yds. w/ a long of 7 Yds./ a 2.2 Aver.


Next:
* SS - Darin Stewart - 2010-2013

In his 4 Seasons with the Team he played in53 games and had 1 Int for 27 Yds. w/ 1 TD. he also had 18 PD's / 3 FF's/ 2 FR's for 19 Yds./ 4 sacks and 109 TKL's w/24 Assists.

* CB - Lamarcus Joyner - 2014- Present

Just for those of you who might be curious, We are 80% done with these Threads, and so far we've seen " 772 Former/Current Player!" I'll let you know what it total's when we're done!;)
 
LaMarcus Joyner may, or may not get a new contract with the Rams, but he will be a big part of this 2018 team. I like his ball-hawking skills and love his heart.

Johnson was great.
Henley was a very good player as well despite being undersized.
 
Top one is a flag now I assume.
I hope not. Players have to be able to hit still. Nothing kills momentum like a great defensive play that is reversed to favor the offense through a penalty.

We are in the top 20 Fearsome!

BTW- I really liked Johnny Johnson too. Great player alongside Nolan Cromwell. We may have another John Johnson that achieves greatness!
