I was surprised to hear McVay say they had not discussed restructuring. Maybe they wanted to judge the market first and get some other things(Stafford) done first.

I have not seen any video showing Kupp could not still produce. In fact, I saw several plays where he was open but didn’t get the ball. He was still part of the late comeback attempt in Philly.

He can’t produce if Stafford doesn’t throw it to him. I want to believe he can still be a good #2 but they need production from more than just Puka, if he goes down they’re toast. None of the other FAs are better than Kupp so why wouldn’t they just rework his contract? He’s still a Ram and will cost them millions no matter what happens.

Agreed on your take. While I do think Kupp has slowed down a little, I do watch film and he does get open and quite often. However, as you pointed out there were a number of times Stafford underthrew the ball to Kupp which would have resulted in TD's.
One the biggest issues with Stafford is he get tunnel vision with WR's. While I love Puka and I love that Stafford loves feeding him the ball. There were times where he almost got Puka killed because he blindly threw him the ball. I understand that's football, but it happens far too often with Stafford and it's something he needs to work on.

I would love to see Kupp back in Horns but I think with his injury history and his salary the Rams are left with little options. Even if they were to restructure his contract, Kupp has been injured the last 3 seasons for long stretches of time and I just don't think the Rams are willing to take that chance.

clever and mature. The point of the question is to compare Kupp to Davante and how teams may value them, factoring in money.
then why not say "How much would Davante cost compared to Kupp"

the way you asked sounds like you want him in horns

at least that's how I read it

take a chill pill?

Anyway, your sentence would lead you to the same assumption if you are inclined to be so reactive to start with.

At least we'll have an end to the back and forth on Kupp

Best wishes buddy, unless you stay on a pay cut, then hope you get that horizontal part of your game back!!

Because puka took his spot they need more explosiveness after puka had his great rookie year the writing was on the wall him and puka basically same player they need diversity

This might be nonsense...the guy has a blue checkmark, not sure if legit though. Maybe a Jake Ellenbogen Jags version.

Maybe just putting a Liam Cohen/Gladstone - Kupp connection together.

Well if you’ve ever been around Kupp & what he brings to an organization then you’d know he is a PILLAR for a FRANCHISE!!!

Puka is going to be a much better player because of him& how he pushed and excepted him.

Cohen & Gladstone know him well. He’ll be excellent all around
for there organization & locker room.

BTW, the Jags have two 4th rd picks, a 5th rd pick, and wait for it.... TWO 6th rd picks!

Throw us one of those 6ths and Les will call it a good days work!
