We have the 9ers next so no need for him to play. Get some rest.

Packers should be tough if our defense keeps playing like this. Rodgers won’t be easy. I still think we win without Kupp against GB.

The loss of a healthy Kupp is a bad thing. Duh...

But it might be for only a week or so, so that’s good news.

In the meantime?

Reynolds needs to step up and I mean PDQ. Has to run good routes and make his sight adjustments.

I’m pretty sure he screwed up at least once yesterday because we had 2 WR’s in same area.

This is a golden opportunity for Everett, too. If he can be a force during Kupp’s absence, then he will have earned more snaps down the road.

If Reynolds and/or Everett can step up, then opposing D’s will still have their hands full and will be unable to load up against Gurley.

Very defendable?
Thats a bit of a stretch isnt it?

Kupp is a big part of what we do and every sane Rams fan with working eyeballs wants to see him on the field as much as possible.
But... come on now!... IF that is/was the case then it suggests that McVays offensive is really just good because of a slot reciever.

This group of Gurley, Goff, Woods, Cooks, the O-line and Co, with Sean McVay at the helm, are very defendable without Kupp?

Somebody should have told the Broncos defense yesterday while the Rams put up 444 yards and 22 1st downs.

I agree with @Merlin. In fact I said it yesterday in the game thread during the game. Kupp is a HUGE part of making this offense unstoppable. HUGE! So much that I verbalized I'm not sure if we can get to the superbowl without him. THAT is how important I think he is to this offense. Laugh at me. Disagree with me. It's my opinion that I'm entitled to. Kupp is WAY more than just a slot receiver.

Hope I'm wrong but I have zero hope Reynolds is some kind of diamond in the rough draft find. Obviously the Rams have a high opinion of him and that's a good sign. But I'm gonna have to see him step up and be consistent to believe it.

And Everett is a big RB basically. Athletic beast and all that, great RAC ability, but his passing game instincts aren't good. He's not a natural pass catcher and still looks out of sorts in space as a receiver.

Both those guys are the "oh crap he got a catch on us" types. Not the "Jesus wtf are we gonna do to stop this guy" types. IMO they're both JAGs at this point and I'm not confident that's gonna change but I do hope it does.

Rodgers has gotten worse..Walking around (again) with a knee brace
But Rodgers doesnt have to run routes which require him to cut on a dime

big diff bruddah
