Here's mine:

Donald
Goff
Ramsey
Higbee
Woods
Kupp
Johnson
Rapp
Brockers
Whitworth
I think Rapp may be top ten by default due to FA departures. His competition is Everett and Reynolds for that spot. Actually, it probably should go to Hekker. Hopefully, Have claims a top 10 spot next year, and maybe another O lineman

What I like about your list;
  1. You left Hekker off of it, perhaps purposely, but doesn’t matter
  2. Nobody quickly chimed in to add Hekker
We all know Hekker is the best punter... and that’s HUGE for our team.

But with this topic, it’s nice to not see a kicker on it. It speaks to the strength of our roster that we’re not all jumping in to get him on the list.

Tom Brady? So is Brady the 4th best qb behind Wilson, Mahomes and Lamar? Is this some lifetime achievement award? Brady was middle of the pack last year and you could argue that he wasn’t in the top 10 qbs. Maybe Cowherd is anticipating a bounce back year for Brady and he can say he knew it would happen.

When Colin Cowterd starts talking about Wilson I have to turn the channel to keep from getting his drool all over my living room. Stuff literally oozes out of the TV. I’ve never seen a man with a bigger crush on another man than he has on Wilson. I guess it’s a Seattle thing.
I don't know. Peter King worshiped Tom Brady. That was even more disgusting imo.

Um, Russel Wilson is incredible. He probably IS the best player in the league. Ok, you can argue that perhaps Mahomes is better...or not.
But c'mon, have some objectivity.
I'm a long-time Rams fan from back in the late 1960's and even I can see it.

1. AD. I dont see how that's even a discussion.

2. Wilson. Imo hes the best QB in the league. He manages to achieve a winning record each season behind a bad OL more or less by himself.

3. Mahomes. He's spectacular with crazy off schedule throws and a booming arm. A lot of fun to watch play.

4-10 not in order.
Hopkins, Ramsey, Kittle, McCaffrey, Von Miller, Mack and Micheal Thomas.

The Rams only (not in order)
AD
Kupp
Woods
Goff
Whitworth
Ramsey
Higbee
Everette
Brockers
Hekker

Um, I think I was talking more about Cowherd’s love affair with Wilson. Matter of fact not once did I mention who I thought is the best player.

Aaron Donald is the best player in the league. Russ Russ is a good quarterback that does amazing things from time to time. Remember that game a few years ago where AD rag dolled Russ Russ? He fumbled backwards. AD owns Russ Russ. Oh, yes I’m not a Colon Cowturd fan. Stuffed shirt windbag that he is. A bloviating horses ass.

Colon is a complete tool. No respect, nor does he ever even try to earn it. He wants to be Rome, or Skip, he’s not even that.

Well, we are both fans since the 60's and are fairly equal in fanhood, so we'll leave that aside.

The truth is is that we hate him as a rival because he has beaten Rams and IS good, but is he the best? I don't think so.

I look at Aaron Donald, and I see a guy who is head and shoulders above ANY DT in the NFL. Right now, if he didn't play in the NFL another game, I think the guy enters the Hall of Fame after only 5 years, much like Gayle Sayers did (7 years total, but effectively 5 years before the injury). I think AD is the best 3 Tech DT in the history of the NFL. Period.

Can you say similar things about Russell Wilson?
Is he the best QB of all time? No.
Is he even the best QB on this list? Maybe, Maybe not. He is mobile, but not as mobile as Mahomes. Both are accurate, but I think Mahomes is better on the run. Both have brought their teams back to win games. Both have won a Super Bowl as starting QB's, although you could say that Marshawn Lynch was at least as responsible as RW for that one. RW lost a second one by throwing that INT. Wilson has done it longer than Mahomes, so there is that.

Seriously, the rest are good to great players on this list. Going forward, Tom Brady should not be on this list, because he can't play at the level he has displayed all of these years, anymore. He is not currently one of the ten best The rest of the list are not head and shoulders in almost every measurable above their positional counterparts in the NFL, as Aaron Donald is against the performance of other DT's. He is a freak, a wonderful freak. Since this isn't a false measure (IMO) of "most valuable" like the MVP award has become. It's really just a quarterback award, now.

I conclude that Aaron Donald should be number one on Colin's List, but he is not listed way because Colin is an asshat RW homer. That is all.
1. Aaron Freakin Donald
2. Everyone Else

At least skip is out front with his undying love and devotion for Dak, Zeke and all things Cowboys. Cowherd would have us believe that he has come to these conclusions objectively.

No, he just understands what his job is and how to get ratings.
He loves what he does, has good info and sources, and tells you what he thinks.
Does he talk too much about LeBron and Brady for my liking? Sure. But he'll tell you that's what gets the ratings.
On the flip side of that, you will rarely hear him talk about baseball or hockey because..."ratings".
