I agree here, that's why I see an agreement to part ways, plus I'm sure Urban will mention health & wanting to spend more time with his family (at the bar) & IMO, you will never coach again, but you never know.

Hopefully, Khan can get the next hire right because they have some players in Jacksonville to build on. IMO they should make the move after today's game and name Charley Strong Interim Head Coach. Always liked Strong and feel he's the perfect internal candidate, besides maybe being in consideration to be the next permanent Head Coach.

This thread should be titled Urban Meyer turns on coaches and team.

His handshake with Gravel is a perfect illustration of what a dick Meyer is. Its funny that so many people saw this coming the day it was announced that he was hired before he ever named hired his staff. Yet to Urban its his assistant coaches fault and not his.

Its much easier to bullshit high school kids and foreigners who know nothing about the sport than it is grown NFL football players and coaches.

I know a guy just like Meyer. He moved to Danville from Philly. When he moved here he told me that he'll be running this hick town within two years. He was almost right. I have a good BS detector but he had councilmen and other important people wrapped around his little finger. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He BSd his way right into a position of power without having an official title. They believed everything he told them. He was like the king. Then he made one wrong move and it exposed him. (I may have helped it along). I hate guys like that.

Heard an interesting take from, of all places, Stephen A. Meyer says these reports are not true, but if someone is willing to go to such lengths to make you look bad, and it should be easy enough to verify whether or not something like a heated argument took place, then you got serious problems regardless.

Obviously Meyer is either a grade A asshole or trying to get out of his contract by acting out or both. He's definitely a dead man walking at this point and probably has lost the staff and team. So he's gonna be fired. No need for every whiny fuck who has had his feelings hurt to come out of the woodwork. I hate that shit.

Even if Lambo comes off as wrong (which I don't think he does; I'd gladly pile on Meyer, as he fully deserves it), it comes down to this: Meyer's basically acting like a douche. You signed the guy to do the things that your sorry ass can't do (because I'd absolutely love to see Urban Meyer kick field goals better than Lambo), and then you belittle him constantly?

I'm sorry, you don't treat people like that in fucking kindergarten, let alone in a workspace where you obviously can't do better than the people you're talking down to for not being as good as you want them to be.

Regardless of how we feel about Lambo’s perceived thin skin, fuck Urban Meyer. He’s treating grown ass, professional men like shit and acting like things are being misconstrued. Can you imagine how he treated college kids, holding their future in his hands? This isn’t going to end well for him but some desperate college program will sign this piece of shit to a lucrative deal.
