That's probably what it means, but hard to tell.

If that is what it means, it just sucks that it was one week too late.
 
It will be interesting to see how much the play of the defense will elevate with him in the lineup.

Most likely not very much. He hasn't played for months, so he'll probably not be firing on all cylinders. If he is, probably just one more guy who can be held every other play with nary a flag in sight.
