Yes, good luck. Patriot hating is overblown, especially when it prevents you from rooting for a great guy and consummate pro like Chris Long. We're not winning the super bowl next year...if the Patriots make it, at least I'll be able to root for Chris.

With what he endured here, going to the polar opposite makes a LOT of sense.

Not in my case. I have a special kind of contempt for that team, and I'm okay with harboring a grudge when it comes to sports. They could sign Jesus Christ and the Dalai Lama, and I'd still hope they go winless. Call it silly or whatever you like, but that's just not gonna change. Now if Chris has some success over there, then that's great. I'll be happy for him, and I'll even congratulate him on Twitter. But that doesn't mean I have to invest one second of my energy into rooting for that Franchise.
