1) What's the chance that Ohio State can take out Michigan next year and restore their rightful place on top of the Big Ten?

2) Also what happened to Ohio State this year? Did they have an off year in recruiting or something?

Yes but a different story against Bama, Iowa, Ohio State, Penn St.. They hung points on Bowling Green, Mich State, Indiana. It was much tougher for them against the better D's
