I don't know about the Jag's, their Final score was 29-7 which mean they gave up a TD, we didn't!the only Shut-Out was the Ravens game, I give them one-up on us! I just don't see any other Teams "D" looking better than ours in Week #1!!
We did give up a TD they missed the xp

Stephen A. Smith is a punk-@ss-biatch. Gives no credit to Goff or the Rams for yesterday.. I hate that motherfreaker

Your right I forgot their Garbage TD! 10 sacks! WOW!! Well the Rams did set an NFL Record on Defence w/ 2 INT's returned for a TD and a Safety in a Season opener!

Something Jeff Fisher would have said...

So glad to be rid of that guy!

One game... against what looks to be a pretty bad team but, still, watching an offense that doesn't look like high school football was sooooo much fun!

I didn't really have any concerns about the defense but they played wonderfully.

Some have said it... they took a lesser opponent behind the woodshed, like good teams do.

Onto Washington... a bigger challenge.

Each week, we'll learn more about this team... but, for one week, I liked what I saw... a LOT!

Steve Wyche was at the game yesterday, and then he talked to players and coaches. He said that McVay got the plays in real fast, like within half the time you are able to communicate, and that Goff was excited, because he knew, based on the personnel on defense, exactly who would be open. Part of the reason why we played so fast.

Sounds like Goff and McVay are not only on the same page, but may take it to another level. Goff showed off the hose on a few plays.

We all know what we have to clean up, but there should be some sort of learning curve.

What did he say?
He ha said in the recent past that Goff is a bust and the Rams are garbage. I listened this morning for anything positive which he quickly let the audience know he gave no respect for beating a team so badly that was not NFL caliber, especially with a non-NFL QB. Further into his commentary, he made the statement that no one player would sink a team, but then reversed himself with Tolzein and the Colts because he knew that would make himself full of shyte. He does not say that EVEN IF the Colts are the worst NFL team, beating them as the Rams did, is a quality displayed by good teams. He will not man-up when he's wrong about Goff and the Rams. He is a true POS.

Good game by the boys! But let's be honest they beat you twice last year just like the whiners beat us twice. Until we beat them people will say they have our number.
It's a year to year league. We swept them 3 years in a row in the last 5 years, if you want to use that angle.

And when you played them last year you probably said you had their number. Then they win two and it changes. You win convincingly this past week and the needle moves again. It's like us with the whiners. They won some crazy number in a row vs us but we still were ahead ohpf the all time series.

my favorite play of the game was by #58 Cory Littleton. up by 20 or 30, has a good ST play, and follows it up with a great physical effort to cause the fumble leading to a safety. just the effort alone was worth noting. good to see players not coasting with a big lead.
