AD is not human. That man is not built like any DT I've ever seen.

Awesome game to attend. Cards fans are decent to be around. That hit on Cooks was brutal. I thought it deserved an ejection..

Yeah, totally agree. Boston led with the crown of his helmet. I'm just glad that Cooks was all right and popped back up.

I am usually defending the defensive guys but that was blatant and intentional.
Head injuries are so strange.....he was fine after that one and concussed on hits they looked much less harsh.

Yeah, bad move. Risk Reward man. It wasn't worth the risk. Make them go the length of the field.
I like the fake punt.....the man in motion from that spot all but told NO it was a fake.
I like the fake because a TD drive there ices the game for Pitts. But, with the time situation I'd rather give Brees a short field....to burn less time if they did score....than giving him the opportunity to burn almost all the time on a long scoring drive.
Calculated risk.
I liked the fake punt call.

We were watching this one at our local watering hole. The whole time I was saying EXACTLY this! What a 1-2 punch leading into the playoffs. I seriously think this could be the proverbial "X" factor to take us all the way.
When I looked at Anderson’s career stats his numbers looked good to me. 4.5 YPC is no joke. I’m glad he’s getting another opportunity to showcase his skills.

I expected more posts than this. I guess some only come to vent.

CJ Anderson is great, hope he doesn't sign with a division rival next season. Hard for me to dislike the guy after coming in and making Gurley momentarily forgettable throughout the game

Fair enough, but the Steeler's D had been doing well in the second half. It seemed like an unnecessary risk to take with the lead the defense playing well. Their is nothing that say a successful fake gets you 7, but an unsuccessful fake gives your opponent a jump start and a short field. When Fisher's teams did it, it was the only way they could win. We would loose without doing it, so there was not much risk and worth it. The Steelers were controlling the game and risked it all because the coach got greedy. You want to go for it. Do it with your offense that has been moving the ball. That I wouldn't have as much problem with.

Great game by CJ Anderson, Woods, Donald, OL, Talib, etc. but again this was against the down and out Cards. I hope it builds some confidence in the defense and Goff. McVay established something today that has been missing for a while with Anderson, jet sweeps and Everett - establish a running game and short passes. I am pretty sure McVay will be dreaming tonight of some new Anderson/Gurley/TE schemes. It's was a good day for the Rams and Rams fans.
