That might be who he was signing autographs for (reference to the post game speech) :D
Might have swapped a signed jersey for the ball. I didn’t see him wearing a jersey in the post game clip on the way back to the locker room.

This has got to be the result of having Anthony Pleasant back as our DB coach. I think that the entire secondary has been playing above their talent level and that includes even one Mr. Kendrick.

(Rats.....does this mean we have to acknowledge that Oldnotdead was correct??)

Or like several us were saying all last year Morris didn't have the CB's last year to play this way or the CB's he had weren't experienced enough to play that way. But hey I get it the hate for Morris is so strong on here it's almost impossible to give him any credit.

Stuff like this is why I’m hesitant about “waiting until next year.”

This Oline may actually be GOOD.
Puka is GOOD.
Aaron Donald is effing GREAT.
Stafford is EXCELLENT.

Are we sure this team isn’t a couple trades away?

Definitely not. Sure that is. For this to be a playoff team we needed a ton of things to come up positive which seemed unlikely prior to the season. Now... Only thing I'd rule out is a title.

And yes I'm tempting fate on that one. Make me wrong. :startstruck:

They just need a healthy oline and let Stafford lead them to another title.

It's that simple. If Stafford is on the Rams will win. The only way he can function that way is with some time with the ball in his hands.

Before the season…. I would not have thought that.
An amazing rookie class.. good second and 3rd year improvements.. and a healthy Stafford & Donald have changed that.
Dotson looks like a shrewd pickup too.

IDK… maybe it’s an illusion.. but.. damn.. just a couple more pieces….

Just ask the 2007 N.Y Giants! Who saw them coming?

The Giants finished the regular season 10–6 and in second place in the NFC East, improving upon their 8–8 record in 2006 in which they finished third in their division. They qualified for the playoffs as a wild-card team as the #5 seed, and beat the #4 seed Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Next, they defeated the top-seeded Dallas Cowboys, and the #2 seed Green Bay Packers (both of whom they had lost to in their first two games of the season by ten points or more) to become the National Football Conference (NFC) representative in Super Bowl XLII. There, they defeated the heavily favored and previously undefeated 18–0 New England Patriots and spoiled their perfect season, aided by the famous Manning to Tyree Helmet Catch.

Was listening to The Athletic Football Show pod... Nate and Robert were pretty effusive about the Rams offense. Excited about what's happening.. say it's fun to watch and good.

Ugh.. I guess I just can't stand thinking about standing pat in a year where they could be a couple of moves from the playoffs... and once you get into the playoffs... anything can happen.

He had Ramsey - he could have played him tight or at least tighter and maybe play soft off an on with the other CBs

I have to believe OND is correct that Pleasant is pushing Morris to be more aggressive in his CB coverage

Last years CB coach must have said let's play soft to Morris

I do believe Morris listens to his coaches and what approach they want to take

Wanted to post this here too.

My magic Puka necklace being looked after by Kane...
