The fact that Case now has 4td passes and 2 int's seem to back it up.

Yeah, if that was the accurate story you would be correct.
However he is a backup quarterback who has played only part of the season and has 11 touchdowns not 4.
He has 4 today and a big win.

He played lights out against Detroit last season and the Rams followed that up by averaging 9 ppg in the next 3 weeks.

Oh I get it you're one of those guys that thinks it's all on the quarterback and doesn't realize it's a team game.

EVERY quarterback does better when they've got a strong team around them. ( the Vikings )

If Keenum isn’t a starting caliber QB then he is the best backup in the league by a mile.

Actually being the best backup in the league by a mile IS starting quarterback caliber.
There are probably only a dozen real starting quarterback caliber guys playing and starting now.

All the other teams either have an injured starter down and are playing a Tom Savage or they are looking to upgrade from an old end of his career quarterback like Arizona is.

My point is simple;
Case is a solid second-tier quarterback in if he has a decent offense around him and you taylor the offense within his limitations he can win you some games.
That's it. ( other than I think it's ridiculous to blame the shortcomings of the Rams offense last year on him alone )

If any one thing was to blame for the Rams offense last year other than Fisher it was the o line.

I'm not sure what game you watched if you didn't see the same thing. After a great drive capped by a TD pass his next 2 passes were bad throws that the same guy intercepted.

I like Keenum for what he is and what we saw today is him to a T. Good and bad passes in every game. If he gets away with the bad passes you have a 7-2 team. If not you have a 2-7 team.

And nobody here has said anything different. He had a good game today but he made a handful of really bad passes and 2 of them were interecepted and almost cost his team the game. Everybody on this forum agrees with you but you're still arguing with us.

It wasn't a backhanded, not backwards, compliment for Gods sake! He had made some bad passes and was lucky 2 of his 4 incompletions at that point to not throw interceptions! Get over your man crush or whatever your issue is. I'd said he made some great throws and made some bad throws. Sorry for what everybody but you agree's is an honest appraisal of his game to that point.
