Good point.I think a person has better chance at changing footwork, as opposed to throwing motion.
Throwing a ball starts at a very young age. Footwork? Some may hardly put much thought into it until into their college career.
It is all related. But, if a parent asks about pitching lessons for a young kid I say no. The best lesson is have the kid learn to throw hard....you learn to throw hard by throwing hard. The body will figure out efficient movement patters. The pitchers with the best mechanics usually did not have lessons as young kids.
Every player can learn better technical mastery of their position....except it seems Ram WRs.
