Another great report CoachO.

Does Andrew Helmick look 100% to you? Hamstrings can be tricky.

Hard to say. There wasn't really a time when he needed to push it and really TEST the hamstring. While I say he was taking part in the kickoff return portion of practice, it wasn't at full speed, for him or any of the return guys.

HE seemed to be running just fine while in the teams drills, be it SEVEN on SEVEN or the ELEVEN on ELEVEN drills.

i'd really like to see Helmick return some kickoffs Saturday night. a few long ones would be sweet

Has been working at LG getting reps with the THRID unit. He looks athletic enough, but just doesn't appear to be physical enough. He is the kind of guy who could benefit from a year on the Practice squad, with an NFL training staff working with him for a full year in the weight room.

Oh yeah,, there is nothing out of hand, just two guys who obviously have a lot of respect for one another,, there is nothing to suggest that there's anything more to it.

But they BOTH turn it up a couple of notches when lined up opposite each other.
