IMO OT will be an early rd pick next year unless whoever starts at LT is rock solid

I am rooting for Jackson to win out because his youth would negate spending that 1rst rounder on a LT.

If 2024 is really the last run, a top end WR would be what Stafford and McVay could use to make this offense scary.

Unless someone steps up at Edge though, that very well could be the pick.

I'd even be fine with it if Jackson has a good season there. Then have him vs the rook in camp and whoever loses goes RT. Would allow OND's fantasy of Havenstein being traded a reality and at some point we'd be pretty damn strong on the edge. Or Boom is traded and the rook is your swing OT until he settles in.
Big Rob hater!!

I can’t IMAGINE The Rams drafting a Tackle. The SAD thing is a team say like the Vikings picked up Bobby Evans. There are NFL teams that will pick up day a Zach Thomas.
The Rams are going to make the best of Bruss. What happens to McClendon next season ?
I CALL SILLINESS draft O’Line first in 3 YEARS straight.

Yes Edge is a must ! CB really is going to be The position that is going to need to be looked at ?

What happens with Can Akers ?? I’m calling for The Rams to sign him before the season.I should have told Kevin that.

By the way - no one has said this yet but...

We have a preseason game in 2 days

Too soon!!! :laugh4:
Of course it is…now.
The 2023 season will determine the need (or not) for drafting an Edge early in the 2024 draft. For all we know, the guy who steps up might not do so until late this year.

Yeah, they'll be evaluating EDGE all season long looking for a serviceable piece or two to the puzzle.

If the Chargers win: "Congrats on your Super Bowl, you should be thrilled."

If they lose: "Still second best around here, big surprise."
