I dont think he's all that myself.

And RFIP Marty was 14-2 not 12-4.
 
Wonder if he's gonna still do that same Tampa-2 stuff.

Bucs may be this years Chiefs (maybe not as dominant) but a team w/ a lot of good players needing the right schemes.

I do have a feeling Gerald McCoy is gonna go off tho...

Already heard he's hired Marinelli as his DC So Id say so
 
IMO I think that scheme is outdated. I don't want my MLB to fake blitz and drop back over and over against these crazy athlete receivers.
 
A huge injustice that he got fired because of that team's weird inconsistency. It's wasn't too hard to see that they regressed without him, maybe they'll get on track, maybe they won't but as of now it looks like the Bucs got the better coach.
 
Lovie is a classy man and coach. Glad to see him back in his deserved position, as a NFL head coach.
