The more they look at this judge, the more special he gets.

I actually think what he did in the De Anza case may be worse than this because he sympathized with gang rapists because they were juco baseball players.

The girl in that case was underage, she was 17. And there was another rape reported by another woman in that same house 10 weeks prior under the same circumstances with a couple of the same guys.

Nothing happened in either case and the idiots prosecuting must be way out of touch because both incidents have date rape drug written all over them and the number of times this type of thing has been in the media you'd think that they would ask some questions.

I'm actually really glad it looks like my kids are doing juco. Saves money and less of this...insanity.
