I'm sure Mannion will get whatever he asks. I loved it when Mannion got Goff for $100 during 2016 TC on Hardknocks.
Maybe a challenge of Cooks speed vs Mannions arm strength. If Cooks can chase down the longest throw Mannion has he gets the number. If Mannion can overthrow Cooks he keeps his number.
