(KTVI) – Bob Costas is best known for his professionalism and poise while representing the cream of crop when it comes to American sportscasters. The Olympic games announcer represented in another way when he took time to give a brief “shout out” to Atlanta rapper Ludacris Tuesday.
Costas quoted a verse from Ludacris’ song “Hip Hop Quotables” where the rapper mentioned him in a verse. The name drop prompted Costas to name Ludacris as his favorite rapper. He told MLB Now hosts that he “lived a full life. It’s all good.”
It isn’t certain if Costas will be gaining any new street cred. Ludacris did show some love back on twitter.
