Was wondering that too, you almost have to think he goes outside the organization. Only one I can really think of is Ragone he's been our QB coach for two years and he was OC in Atlanta for 2 or 3 before that.
Brian Callahan.

Bill Callahan was hired by Stefanski as the OL coach. Stefanski hired his OC from Cleveland Tommy Rees. Did Bill Callahan get a deal for his kid to be on the offensive staff? I don't know that.
Yeah I knew Bill was hired hadn't heard anything about Brian.

As I've said before, I checked around the league and there are 33 coaches, in various positions, who've worked for McVay and they're spread over 15 teams. Now, some of them were fired after this year but......The guy has only been a head coach for 9 years and that's almost 4 guys a year. After this year, it won't be "almost". You get a job with McVay, don't be a moron and get fired, and you'll get a better job either when you get hired for a primo position...HC, OC, DC.....or when one of those HC, OC, DC decide to take you with them. McVay has no shortage of resumes on his desk, I'm sure.
