Keeping Baalke is a bad move. The Jaguars continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

Hard to understand why they continue to keep Baalke. This is the last year of his contract, but they should have fired both. Khan not showcasing good owner habits and even if they let Baalke walk next year, now they have to hire a GM with a one year coach in place.

Would not be shocked if they offer the job to Dolphins DC Antony Weaver, if he has a good plan for who his OC will be. Jaguars have tried everything to this point with a high profile DC in Gus Bradley, a former College Coach in Urban Meyer, a former Head Coach in Pederson, so maybe going with a no nonsense former player who did a nice job in Miami this year with that defense.
